Just about half the summer is over and it is time for me to post my July 2021 Dividend Income. I am happy to report that I received a small bonus in my paycheck last week. The bonus (after taxes) came to about $1,635 in additional cash. I would never say no to extra money. My coworkers were also quite happy as they talked about spending on vacations and buying “things”. I’m pretty sure I was the only one thinking about saving and investments, but that’s the way it goes. My goal is financial independence and freedom, not slavery to jobs and “things”. But without further ado, for July 2021, I received $731.50 in dividend income from eleven (11) companies!

July 2021 Dividend Income Total: $731.50
Not bad way to begin the second half of the year. This month shows a 19% year over year increase compared to last July 2020. I love double digit growth! What a month it has been. I started off the month with my 4-Year Blogiversary (then my birthday) and after that I made some new stock purchases. July was actually a very busy month for me in terms of both work and life. However, it was also quite productive since I got a lot of things done. To be honest, I am actually looking forward to a more restful August with less things in life going on. But outside that, it is time for my dividend increases!

- WBA increased dividend to $0.4775 per share resulting in a $3.40 increase.
- DUK increased dividend to $0.985 per share resulting in a $2.72 increase.
- SJM increased dividend to $0.99 per share resulting in a $7.20 increase.
- NNN increased dividend to $0.53 per share resulting in a $1.68 increase.
- WFC increased dividend to $0.20 per share resulting in a $39.60 increase.
- ARCC increased dividend to $.41 per share resulting in a 38.08 increase.
All in all, July 2021’s dividend increases totaled $92.68!
Thus, this concludes my July 2021 Dividend Income. It was great to see WFC double it dividend after it’s forced cut last year due to pandemic regulations. Keep those increases coming! My portfolio is now set to generate $11,775 in dividend income over the next 12 months. I continue to work on achieving my goals and continue to grow my dividend income each year. It is onwards to the $12K milestone as I continue to build my dividend dynasty!
