The new year is in full swing and it is time to post my recent buys – CVX, SJM, MDT, and GPC!
These are my first stock purchases of 2024!
I mainly built up my positions in stocks I already own as opposed to buying new stock in a new company.
Thus, the number of stocks in my portfolio remain the same.
And with that, let’s get to it!
Recent Stock Buys
And without further ado, here are my recent buys!
I bought 7 shares of CVX which added $42.28 in dividend income to my portfolio.
Thus, I now own a total of 24 shares of CVX. This is my only energy stock.
Next, I bought 15 shares of SJM. This added $63.60 in new dividend income.
I now own a total of 43 shares of SJM.
My next stock purchase was 23 shares of MDT. Thus adding $63.48 in dividend income.
Therefore, I now own 71 shares of MDT.
Lastly, I bought 15 shares of GPC, which added $57.00 in additional dividend income.
I now own 50 shares of GPC.
All in all, dividends gained from these recent stock purchases totaled: $226.36
Conclusion
And thus concludes my recent stock buys – CVX, SJM, MDT, and GPC.
As of this post, my portfolio is set to generate $14,602 in projected annual dividend income!
