Time to post my October 2024 dividend income!
Hope everyone had a great Halloween!
My candy came in the form of dividends this month! And it was pretty nice haul!
In addition, this was the month that my portfolio crossed $400K for the first time ever.
But of course, the market fluctuates and it has been up and down around that number.
Nevertheless, it was a pretty nice milestone!
The rest of the month was just chilling, working hard, and enjoying the Autumn weather.

October 2024 Dividend Income Total: $762.49
It was a good month. Not great as this is my lowest dividend month, but it was a good month!
This month shows a -0.3% year over year decrease in growth from October 2023.
The small decrease is mainly due to MPW cutting its dividend.
In the long run, however, this small decrease is not a big deal.
Now on to dividend raises!
Dividend Raises
And now, without further ado, here are my dividend increases from October 2024!
- LMT increased dividend to $3.30 per share, resulting in a $8.40 increase.
- SBUX increased dividend to $0.61 per share, resulting in a $10.72 increase.
- ABBV increased dividend to $1.64 per share, resulting in a $14.00 increase.
All in all, dividend increases for October 2024 totaled: $33.12
That is 3 pay raises this past month!
Every little bit helps. Small amounts add up big over time!
Step by step and dollar by dollar, these raises help me achieve financial freedom!
