February 2024 Dividend Income

Time to post my February 2024 dividend income!

This month went by really fast. I don’t even really remember what happened.

Did I slip through time somehow?

What I do remember is that we had two snow storms. Snow always looks so nice when it first falls, before all the dirt and slush discolors it.

But without further ado, for February 2024, I received $844.09 in dividend income from 11 stocks.

• T – $ 167.89
• OHI – $167.50
• PG – $31.04
• O – $101.32
• GIS – $60.18
• ABBV – $62.00
• VZ – $107.07
• GD – $18.48
• NNN – $64.41
• TXN – $37.70
• ADM – $25.50

February 2024 Dividend Income Total: $844.09

I consider that a pretty darn good month.

This month’s results show a 17% increase in year over year growth when compared to February 2023.

Nice! I love me some strong double digit YOY growth!

This month gets even better once we add up the dividend raises!

Dividend Raises

And now, without further ado, here are my dividend increases from February 2024!

• CVX increased dividend to $1.63 per share, resulting in a $11.52 increase.
• MMM increased dividend to $1.51 per share, resulting in a $1.00 increase.
• GILD increased dividend to $0.77 per share, resulting in a $6.24 increase.
• CSCO increased dividend to $0.40 per share, resulting in a $2.68 increase.
• KO increased dividend to $0.485 per share, resulting in a $7.20 increase.
• GPC increased dividend to $1.00 per share, resulting in a $10.00 increase.
• PPL increased dividend to $0.2575 per share, resulting in a $8.75 increase.
• HD increased dividend to $2.25 per share, resulting in a $6.40 increase.

All in all, dividend increases for February 2024 totaled: $53.79

Now THAT is a great month for dividend raises! I had 8 raises in total.

Every little bit helps. Small amounts add up big over time!

Step by step and dollar by dollar, these raises help me achieve financial freedom!

As of this post, my portfolio is set to generate $14,801 in dividend income over the next 12 months.

I’m getting very close to $15K! Moving right along and strong!
