June 2023 Dividend Income

I am very happy to post my June 2023 dividend income!

June was actually a really awesome month for me.

First, I bought a new wall clock and I really like it. It is a great center piece for my apartment.

Next, I am happy to announce I completed one of my goals I set for 2023!

I purchased another 10 ounces of silver bullion. Thus, I completed my goal of acquiring 20 additional ounces of silver.

And now, without further ado, for June 2023, I received $1,905.45 in dividend income from thirty-two (32) companies!

June 2023 Dividend Income Total: $1,905.45

And that is why I love quarter ending month!

This year’s dividend income shows a 1.5% decrease in year over year growth from last June 2022!

What?! How did that happen?

It was because last year I received two special dividends from ARCC and LYB. This year, I did not.

If you subtracted those special dividends, I would have had positive YOY growth.

In addition, I am happy to report that I received my first ever dividend payments from HD and BAC!

Looking forward to many more years of growing dividends!

Dividend Raises

And now, without further ado, here are my dividend increases from June 2023!

• O increased dividend to $0.2555 per share, resulting in a $1.61 increase.
• TGT increased dividend to $1.10 per share, resulting in a $5.60 increase.
• GIS increased dividend to $0.59 per share, resulting in a $20.40 increase.

All in all, dividend increases for June 2023 totaled: $27.61

The star of the month was GIS with their 9.3% increase!

Every little bit helps. Step by step and dollar by dollar, these raises help me achieve financial freedom!

Conclusion

Thus, we conclude my June 2023 dividend income report!

It has been a record dividend month and I am getting close to breaking the $14K mark in yearly dividend income!

My next series of stock buys should push me right over!

As of this post, my portfolio is set to generate $13,966 in dividend income over the next 12 months. Moving right along and strong!
